Is Slaanesh good in 40k?

Slaanesh psychic powers aren't great in general, and being to cast 2 isn't fantastic. This unit is basically anti GEQ and MEQ killer, which we have plenty of in our army already and it doesn't offer any good high strength attacks. The fact that it has a 2+++ against FNP is nice, but I never get any use out of it.
